5 Exercises For Stronger Legs


Toe Raises 40 repetitions ea/side
Lunges 30 repetitions ea/side
Sumo Squats 40 repetitions ea/side
Step ups 30 repetitions ea/side
Slide lift 40 repetitions ea/side with foot flexed

***These exercises can be performed in a circuit.  Start with one time through, adding one more circuit until you reach 4 total sets.
